fix(telemetry): add minimal type annotations for OpenTelemetry compatibility
- Add type aliases for OpenTelemetry attribute types (AttributeValue, Attributes) - Add _clean_attributes() helper to filter None values from attributes - Add cast() calls for TracerProvider and metrics objects - Add type:ignore for span assignment in multiple branches - Keep all Pydantic model definitions in place (no deletions) This fixes mypy type errors related to OpenTelemetry's strict type requirements for attributes (no None values allowed).
