add pytest option (`--report`) to support generating a functional report
for llama stack distribution

/opt/miniconda3/envs/stack/bin/pytest -s -v tests/client-sdk/ --report
```
See a report file was generated under
`./llama_stack/templates/fireworks/report.md`
