- Replace kvstore/sqlstore backend names with unified 'default'
- Context-aware parsing handles KVStore vs SqlStore based on usage
- Provider configs use 'backend: default' everywhere
- Much cleaner: kvstore { backend: default } instead of { backend: kvstore }
