Replaced `${env.OTEL_SERVICE_NAME:\u200B}` and similar variants with properly formatted `${env.OTEL_SERVICE_NAME:}` across all YAML templates and TelemetryConfig. This prevents silent parsing issues and ensures consistent environment variable resolution.
