Derek Higgins c15cc7ed77 fix: use ChatCompletionMessageFunctionToolCall (#3142) ... The OpenAI compatibility layer was incorrectly importing ChatCompletionMessageToolCallParam instead of the ChatCompletionMessageFunctionToolCall class.
