Derek Higgins c15cc7ed77 fix: use ChatCompletionMessageFunctionToolCall (#3142 ) The OpenAI compatibility layer was incorrectly importing ChatCompletionMessageToolCallParam instead of the ChatCompletionMessageFunctionToolCall class.
