Subject: [PATCH] fix: fix experimental-post-training template (#1740)

## What does this PR do?

fix the template to make it compatible with the latest dataset and eval
api change

## test
run `llama stack run
llama_stack/templates/experimental-post-training/run.yaml` and spin up
the llama stack server successfully
