Derek Higgins	2e807b38cc	chore: Add fixtures to conftest.py (#2067) ... Add fixtures for SqliteKVStore, DiskDistributionRegistry and CachedDiskDistributionRegistry. Ashwin Bharambe	f95bc29ca9	fix: handle registry errors gracefully (#1732) ... We need to be able to handle stale registry entries gracefully. More needs to be done when we are deleting important attributes from resources which could have been persisted.
